Alex Buchanan
Alex Buchanan - has worked in institutional equities and corporate finance since 1998. After 12 years in institutional equities (initially at JP Morgan Cazenove), he established an alternative financing group at Lazard before going on in 2010 to build the alternative capital division (private equity advisory) at Mirabaud & Cie - (a 200-year-old Swiss bank with $25bn of Assets under Management). Since that time he has focused on advising, lending to and investing in private businesses. He has published two books on finance and is a graduate of Oxford University.
Rick Kipling
Rick Kipling - joined in 2016 to lead the group’s marketing strategy and assist with orginantion. He has several years’ experience in the digital marketing sector.
Sanjay Mahtani
Sanjay Mahtani - has over 15 years’ experience as an advisor and investment banker, at financial institutions including Credit Suisse and Citi’s Global Investment Bank (formerly Salomon Smith Barney). He has extensive experience in leading and executing transactions across the industrial, transport, energy, consumer and financial services sectors. Sanjay’s responsibilities included process management, financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis. Sanjay has an MA (Cantab) in Economics from Downing College, University of Cambridge.
Jack de la Beraudiere
Jack de la Beraudiere - started his career in investment banking at Lazard in 2008 where he practised M&A and corporate finance advisory in the financial institutions sector covering debt and equity transactions across a range of banking, lending and credit focused businesses. He has advanced financial modelling and corporate and credit analytical skills. In 2013, he founded a specialist credit provider to the jewellery industry. Jack grew up between London and Paris and graduated from EDHEC Business School.
Gideon Bernstein
Gideon Bernstein - joined Nash & Co in 2017 after graduating with a 2:1 in BSc Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham. He has since achieved the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
Toby Howell
Toby Howell - has worked in investment banking since 1999. He began his career at UBS Warburg before going on to establish the corporate finance division of Hichens Harrison & Co. From 2010 he worked in the private equity and alternative capital division at Mirabaud and since that time has focused on advising, lending to and investing in private businesses. He has operational leadership experience in the British Army, is a graduate of Newcastle University and holds a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the CISI.
