
Alex Buchanan
Alex Buchanan - has worked in institutional equities and corporate finance since 1998. After 12 years in institutional equities (initially at JP Morgan Cazenove), he established an alternative financing group at Lazard before going on in 2010 to build the alternative capital division (private equity advisory) at Mirabaud & Cie - (a 200-year-old Swiss bank with $25bn of Assets under Management). Since that time he has focused on advising, lending to and investing in private businesses. He has published two books on finance and is a graduate of Oxford University.

Saverio De Paolis
Saverio De Paolis - Began his investment banking career in 2011 as an analyst at AdviCorp Plc in London
Has worked at Nash & Co as M&A Associate from 2013 to 2017 and recently as Execution Team Manager at Eurohold in Barcelona. In 2020, he re-joined Nash & Co
He is actively involved in a variety of pitch and execution activities including in construction products and services
Received a degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan

Gideon Bernstein
Gideon Bernstein - joined Nash & Co in 2017 after graduating with a 2:1 in BSc Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham. He has since achieved the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.

Jeremy Stephenson
Jeremy Stephenson - Jeremy joined Nash & Co in 2019 and has been an SME investment banker and advisor since 2002. At Noble & Co he set up the institutional sales and trading desks before joining Seymour Pierce as a corporate broking Director where he was a co-founder of the metals & mining franchise. He continued as a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald Europe and then made a move to private equity joining the main board of Marechale Capital Plc, a corporate finance advisory leisure specialist. Prior to the City Jeremy was a commissioned officer in the British Army, with whom he served for 7 years and saw active service. Jeremy is an accountancy graduate of Exeter University and is a Chartered Member of the CISI.

Toby Howell
Toby Howell - has worked in investment banking since 1999. He began his career at UBS Warburg before going on to establish the corporate finance division of Hichens Harrison & Co. From 2010 he worked in the private equity and alternative capital division at Mirabaud and since that time has focused on advising, lending to and investing in private businesses. He has operational leadership experience in the British Army, is a graduate of Newcastle University and holds a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the CISI.
